A local theatre's Skytec amp packed up and again, I couldn't find any useful information so I set about tracing out the circuit in order to repair it.

This one is still in bits awaiting a delivery of parts. Both channel output stages are toast, several resistors have burnt into the PCB surface and no less than five transistors have failed.
Is it worth repairing? Probably not. Am I going to try? Yes.

If you look carefully, there is a 2-pin connector (black and red wires), just to its left is where it should have been plugged in. That is the cooling fan supply!
